February 1999 – December 2001

Installed computer hardware and software across the United States to support McDonald's, "Made For You" system rollout. Performed new construction installations as well as existing store upgrades. Responsible for training management and staff on new computer system functionality.

Repositioned communication satellites for West Coast clients Volvo and Edward Jones Investments. Responsible for rerouting data-traffic from SBS 6 to Telstar 7 and performed system upgrades to Hughes Network Systems' receivers.
